Tuxedo Jimmy is Portland’s premier local balloon twister and all-around purveyor of family fun! His services are highly-sought for birthday parties, family-oriented events, company parties and any ol' celebration where kids abound, and where raucous fun and laughter are the primary objectives.

Jimmy’s balloon-twisting artistic prowess knows no limits, with specialties featuring monkey hats, Santa Claus hats, cupid dolls — you name it, Jimmy can do it!
His ethos is that you’ve got laughter in you, and it’s his job to free it from you, one joke at a time! He’s always a big hit at parties where kids (and “kids at heart”) are having fun.
Jimmy’s partner-in-crime and wife Chandra (aka Airbrush Annie) is also available for hire as a professional airbrush face painting artist and temporary tattoo specialist, rounding out the deluxe Tuxedo Jimmy experience.
Jimmy lives in his hometown of Portland, OR, with his wife, business manager, and creative partner, Chandra. When not attending industry conventions and seminars, he’s in school studying American Sign Language (ASL), theater and stage craft.
